Bideford

Today we drove to Fremington quay and cycled part of the Tarka trail to Bideford. It was a journey of 14 miles and I hadn't been on a bicycle for around 8 years ! I was glad to see the bridge at Bideford come into sight with the promise of lunch and a gentle ride back !
