Black Mount

We left Edinburgh early afternoon to travel to Locheilside and a weekend away to go up good friends last Munro. We stopped at the Falls of Leny near Callander and took a few shots and then on up to Rannoch Moor, where the light was good. The main blip is a composite of 3 shots showing the Black Mount hills of Stob a’Choire Odhar, Stob Ghabhar, Clach Liathad and Meall a'Bhuiridh. The extra is the classic view of the same hills from Lochan na h-Achlaise. Both viewpoints are literally right by the road yet they are always described as being in the wilderness of Rannoch Moor.
