Another Cow!

Another busy day but this had to be the photo opportunity. I have seen a number of these cows on my travels and was to do with a big public art drive. Although the one I heard about was in the Surrey Hills - Cow Parade Surrey. As this one is just outside Waterloo Station it has rather wandered off from the Surrey Hills!
