Day of contrasts

My day was spent at a conference at the Johannesburg Country Club. It's such a beautiful place with amazing grounds slap bang in the middle of the city.

The conference was interesting but one of the highlights being an amazing presentation from a chap from Cape Town. This despite him having a pretty bad speech impediment. Made me think of the Kings Speech.

Lunch was served in the rose garden with entertainment in the form of a flash mob of students from two of the local Universities.

We then had supper with friends at a local Italian where the food is amazing.

Another good day done and dusted.
