Always an exciting race whether it's the 4x100 or the 4x400 metres it always makes for a great ending to any athletics meeting.

MiMi and Roo practise the hard job of exchanging the baton, something the West Indian girls nearly messed up on yesterday in qualifying rounds.

MiMi has indeed come out in sympathy with me as she too had to pay a visit to the vets as she had hurt her little neck, so we are both on painkillers at the moment, the vet said she was the cutest chihuahua she has ever met!

The Doctor didn't say that about me!!!!when I paid a visit with my neck problem!!!
