Decrepit

Not posted in an age. Lots of reason the latest being months of arguing with the landlord over building repairs and who should pay for what. 
This is the RSJ that holds the corner of our 4 story Edwardian building up. Should be 6mm buy has corroded and delaminated. 
Could be a new career coming up if it doesn't get resolved soon.
