At Mom's Memorial Service

Our Mom passed away on Sunday, 18th September. At 95, her health had been declining, and although I still visited with her on last Wednesday, she fell into a coma from which she never awoke.
Her last days were unreal, and we waited for her to open her eyes . . . unfortunately she was mostly non-responsive which caused more discomfort. When she passed away, there was much sadness, but much greater was the relief that she felt pain and discomfort no more.
Her passing leaves a huge gap in our lives, but we are satisfied that she is at rest and now walking the golden streets . . .
Fortunately we have the assurance that someday we shall meet again!
We love you, Mom, and always will.
