Despite it being my half day, I was up and about earlier than normal.

Iain had a training day in the Weeg, and I had my first appointment for acupuncture.

I really liked it. My therapist is lovely and I barely felt a thing. A bit light headed afterwards, but, apparently, that's a good thing.

A wee wander about town, then home for lunch and to prep dinner before heading out to work.

Work was as crazy as usual.

Got unexpectedly wet on my way home - was rain forecast?
