The day has arrived

to meet Madchickenwoman at Cotehele. We were a little late arriving but saw this lovely lady sitting alone on a bench by the lovely scenic quay. Recognised her straight away and after intros. and drinks/cakes we started on our guided tour. She knows her way around this place so well and did a first class job directing us here, there, and everywhere. Did grounds first then into the large house which was fascinating and has lovely tapestries and a super art shop. Mid afternoon time for a cream tea sat in teagarden. It was only a mini blipmeet but its quality that counts and we certainly had that. How generous of MCW to give up the day to escorting two old biddies round a fabulous area.
