A flaky blip

Minty and I tried out a new walk this afternoon from Killearn, down a quiet narrow road which led to this tranquil spot on the River Endrick. I hope the shimmer in the water doesn't hurt your eyes.

It was quite a short walk, but uphill on the way back, so I was soon out of puff. It didn't help matters that I got some grit in my choux, so I didn't  filo kay until I got back to the car and recovered. Minty loved it, though.
