...is the only pic that I took today. Busy day going from here to there and obviously not looking about me much for blips.

This is 06:30 this morning after my run. Week 4 day 1 of a wee 10k programme I'm doing. Did 9.6km this morning with average pace of 5.25/km.

My running was a tad sporadic over the summer so this is getting me back into it...though the internal dialogue, every morning I run, as I brush my teeth at the back of 5am is a battle! One minute I'm going...then I'm going back to bed...then I'm going...then I'm going back to bed! LOL!

I'm grateful for the realisation that dawns on me that nipping back into bed now that I'm up with my teeth brushed would be total folly!
