Damn kids

K and I were standing by our cars in front of the bike barn when we noticed a squirrel running back and forth in the rain gutter. Then she ran down the side of the barn to a little hole, which turned out to be filled with her 3 babies, who she was trying to convince to follow her up to the gutter.
I wanted to stay and see how it all ended, but only one had gotten all of the way up when I left. What I really wanted to see was the reason she didn't just have them go down the wall from the hole which would have been way shorter and easier, but I guess she knows what she's doing.
