Preparing for the Roup

Here is my brother starting to gather up the various bits and pieces of farm machinery etc which will be auctioned on Friday now that the farm has been sold and my brother is retiring to a much smaller place. The field is nice and dry at the moment - just hope it doesn't rain before the sale.

I will be working on Friday so won't be there but perhaps just as well - my grandfather came to the farm in 1946 - feeling a bit sad!
