Morning run at Silvola

In the morning I had a run at the central park. I ran 13 km and on Sunday 12. My knees didn't seem to like it, especially since I ran several kilometres on tarmac and haven't been running very actively lately. In the afternoon we visited in-door playground Naurusaari at Flamingo with our friends A and N.
