Amy's Been Baking Again

We have a talented chef in the house .... at least where anything chocolate is concerned!  Vegan chocolate muffins are the current speciality although we still have the last of the Chocolate Cookies and the delicious Chocolate Fudge Sauce (for ice-cream) Oh, and the Chocolate Truffles!

She's very good at following the recipe ..... not a bad skill to have in life.

Work should have been a 14 hours day today but with Jacinta still away, working her magic on a recovery mission for Ruth, I had a five hour break in the middle of the day to accommodate Amy's half day at school.  Never a dull moment!
