Pan Handled

A gentle drop of the camera on a slow exposure and tight aperture, while keeping the cart central, gave an interesting effect on this frame. If only I'd meant to do it. I've pimped it a bit in post with Analog Efex in the free Nik Efex suite but the background blurry thing is totally in-camera.
