Running

I came up with a way of tiring my dogs without killing me today. Husband and I drove the buggy to the beach while they trotted along in front and then back again. They had fun but clearly still nowhere near enough to really tire them whereas I was exhausted from our little excursion. Still improving but oh so tired oh so quick. Getting a bit infuriating as we have nice days and I am only capable of 15mins of activity before having a long rest or nap.

I have managed to bit by bit get together a short video of my gather from the top of Creach Beinn and upload it to youtube. I hope you enjoy it!
