It's been a long day........

We are now in full swing of twice a day milking, although at this stage all the milk is going to feed the calves.

These three little calves where enjoying the last of the sun before it went down for the day. I loved how they lined up against each other, with the second & third calf resting their heads on the calf in front of them. Not long after this picture they were taught to drink of the milk bar.

We had a brillantly sunny afternoon today. It is so much easier farming when the day is nice and sunny.
