Looking Up

I've seen tennis shoes thrown over power lines, but this is the first time I've noticed boots in the oak trees. It's on the Monterey County Fairgrounds, so maybe the cowboys went wild one night. Right now it's the wild winds of jazz moving the boots in the leaves. Jazz Festival, Day 3.
