Moles

I'm one of life's very moley people. A mole on my back has very suddenly appeared and started growing in a 3D kind of way, worse still it's a bit irritated without being touched. Made an appointment to get it checked out. Hopeful I've caught it early and the receptionist booked me in with a Dr I know who is a stickler for detail and apparently good at spotting dodgyness in these things.
