Mono Monday 139 :: seasonal

here in South Wales, the blackberry season draws to a close, but not before 2lb of these berries were picked & mixed with a little sugar & a lot of vodka (in an air-tight jar) to make a wonderful drink for Christmas ~ forget sloe gin, this beverage is so much better ...
