Brewbakers Pistachio Muffin

For 12 years that Kathy and I have been going to Middletown to visit Mom.

We have come to look forward to drinking good coffee and enjoying the bagels and muffins at Brewbakers Coffee Shop on Mainstreet in Middletown.

In particular, the pistachio muffins have kept us enthralled all these years.

I would like to report that Kathy and I split one this time.
