Catch of the season?

Today we had the first (and last?) barbecue of the season.

It is also the season for the Ards Man's mackerel fishing trips on the boat. Days when the sea is flat and calm and the winds light make for good fishing, apparently! Although the complaint was that the fish were too eager - no sooner had the line gone in when two mackerel got hooked, then three when the line next hit the water. Thankfully the AM quit at that stage, as we don't like to freeze these fish but like to eat them when fresh.
