Mono Monday

It was a busy day, sorting out events for the parents arts society. There is such a wide range of things on offer in London, and surprisingly some tours are free - if a tourist took time to research these things there is quite a bit they can do in London that does not cost anything.

The Mono Monday challenge is seasonal, and my garden is very seasonal at the moment - conkers and dropped leaves littering the lawn, dead flowers like these thistle type things - I don't know what they are but I always think they look like a weed and want to pull them out but the gardener seems to nurture them so I just leave them to grow now.

It was a quiet day at home as Gavin has gone to Stockholm for work, Adam has gone to Molly's house and then they are going on holiday to Malaga, and Luke went to play tennis with a friend.

Thanks for the kind wishes for my mum - she has been moved to the clinic where she lives and is being constantly monitored by the nurses.
