On the run

An e-blip as the sun goes down on a hectic day of highs and lows.

Terrible news concerning close friend of family who was struck down by a sudden and potentially life threatening illness and rushed to hospital late last night.
Worrying time, especially with them being far away.

Good to have distractions of several meetings today - all quite productive, thankfully.

Fortunate to catch the finals of the glorious David Rudisha and Usain Bolt in action tonight (on TV) Simply spellbinding!

hopeful news just through from hospital - situation appears to be stable...
