Pontoon

The old harbour wall on the Forth, just outside our house, collapsed ages ago. It was swept away in the winter storms and high tides. It's not an easy, nor a cheap, job to put it right. Today the exploratory work got underway with the building of this pontoon over the water. I'm not sure what's next but as far as I know the repair work won't be taking place till next year. Good to see some activity though.
