Bruny Island - Tasmania
We got up at 7 am and headed for Kettering and the ferry to Bruny Island.
We had left booking too late to get on a cruise around the island, but managed to sneak on, thanks to some cancellations. I was a tad concerned that I'd be a sick as a dog on the boat, but thanks to some natural motion sickness tablets, I didn't feel sick at all. We saw birds, impressive cliffs, caves, arches, seals (NZ fur and Australian fur) and then the piece de resistance - some common dolphins. Little Miss had never seen dolphins before, so this was a real treat for her especially.
Lunch was a picnic overlooking one of the many bays and a quick look at the lighthouse.
Back to the ferry and a quick dinner at a Thai restaurant in Hobart before heading back to hotel.
So many photos I like, but these five sum up our day the best.
Night all.
