pancakes

Been home from Sweden for a week now and so far it has been nice and relaxing though also a bit boring. Its odd to transfer from being around people nearly all the time, to being around absolutely no one. Well at least it shows that I actually miss Holsby, something I didn't expect to happen when I went there.

But today was a lot better since I met up with a friend for a rather long bike tour from Edinburgh to Queensferry and then along the coastal path back part of the way so I could show the way back through the most confusing part...

In the evening I decided to hope that the eggs in the fridge were still good (best before 2 Aug ) and made pancakes. Well they were still good and the pancakes quite amazing (at least for my first completely self-made pancakes)
good enough that I had to take a photo :P
