Monkey Sad

Coming out of the Budongo Trail trail we stopped at a bench to rest.

CyclopsJnr points at the carved chimp and says "Monkey sad".

Cyclops: "Why is he sad?"

CyclopsJnr points at his eye and says "Eye hurts". 

Cyclops can see a rough patch on the carving of the eye.  "Why don't you kiss it better?"

CyclopsJnr does so, then gives the carving and enormous cuddle (pictured) and says "Monkey better".

Bless.  He can be so gentle and kind, and his speech is really coming on leaps and bounds just now.
