Lone Fungi

Another lovely sunny day!

Washing done and out on the line - dried very quickly.

Went to the woods with Finlay (a bit cooler in there for him and he can have a paddle in the beck), however he has been reluctant to go in the woods since he was 'got at' by another dog last week - it made a beeline for him and started growling and snarling at him and they finished up fighting. Finlay was on the lead and sitting down at the time this other loose dog came at us. He got quite scared and I fear this has now made him not want to go in the woods.

I went out later on my own to another local wood and found this lovely little fungi - with added spider. I like the lengthening shadows and the grass shadow across the face of the main body. Also found a nice wild arum picked out by a shaft of sunlight - see extra. The light was changing so quickly at this time of day and several shots were missed as the light moved whilst setting up!
