New sculpture by Hadrian's Wall

Another sunny day - hooray. Good news this morning from our dear friend M, whose scan showed no extra tumours. Then I went to Haltwhistle to meet H from the train.

H is a walk leader for Walking Women and I met her when she led a holiday I went on in Bulgaria. We have kept in touch since and I have followed her exploits with great interest and awe as she has followed her man into caves ! We had lunch at the lovely Slack House Farm.

On my way home I stopped at Black Carts on Hadrian's Wall to see if I could find any interesting patterns in the stones for the Calumet Challenge. No luck but I did find the inspiration needed on a blipless day - if in doubt, blip the cat! Probably best seen large.
