J'y suis et j'y reste!

Percy the Pigeon will have been here for a week tomorrow.   

Every teatime he has a shot at taking off - two or three flaps and a hop in the air.  I keep mentioning pigeon pie, cats and crows to him.   

One agent of the SSPCA says "if his parents have deserted him it's OK to feed him."    Another says "no don't do that or he will never leave.

The responsibility is getting onerous.   One thing the SSPCA agrees on is that fledgling pigeons can be on the ground for up to ten days.  We shall see.
