Eastern Spinebill
Thought I'd better make a bit of an effort, so took myself out in the fog and rain and was surprised by what I could capture from the car.
I passed a flowering cherry which was thick with wattlebirds and spinebills.
These spinebills are so sweet, with their little chestnut tummies, but somebody should tell them they should be eating grevilleas, banksia or another Australian native.
The extra was taken in the cemetery.
This bold roo was soaked, and sat staring at me for some time.
