Inspired

Inspired by this this, I couldn't resist this when it turned up in the greengrocers.

I made cumin scented roast veggies  and baked broad bean falafel.  

All my favourite foods on one plate.  I may never be able to eat shop-bought falafel again.  Baking rather than frying makes all the difference.

Let the autumn commence.
