dappled deer

These cuties were coming out of the woods onto a driveway, with one doe leading, and another doe bringing up the rear.
At first I thought they were twin fawns, but the one looking at the camera is bigger and no longer has any spots.
I thought the dappled light coming through the trees added a nice touch.
We also saw the neighborhood red-tailed hawk looking for breakfast this morning. Since it hadn't caught any prey yet, the magpie let it be. See the extra.
