The village Kirk

A beautifully warm, sunny day ..... ideal weather for a trip out to Aberfoyle to visit M and my pal Togbe, the Border Terrier.

After coffee we had a walk up to Lochan Spling and then it was down to the church.  There was a wedding in the afternoon and M had to let the florist in to set up the flowers.  The church is a very popular venue for weddings because of its beautiful setting at the foot of Craigmore hill and the fabulous views as you walk up to the church door.

The window in the extra photos is in the church vestry.  I loved the way the sunlight was pouring through the coloured glass.
