Saracens v Northampton

This morning, MrsT, L and I ran the Cassiobury Parkrun in Watford. I had emailed the course director during the week to advise we would be 'tourists' from Livingston. They gave us a big shout out and cheer which was really nice.

MrsT got a new PB and I ran with L

Afterwards we went back for breakfast before L and I went to the local park.

In the afternoon, we all went to the Allianz Arena to watch the Saracens v Northampton rugby match. It was a lot of fun and MrsT and L loved it as well.

We enjoyed beer and woodfire Pizza.

In the evening we all went to friends of Auntie L and Uncle C for a BBQ.

It was their friends birthday and turns out he works in my industry and we know many of the same people.
