The Goldenrod was looking lovely...

...in the sun this afternoon! The bees, butterflies and other flying things obviously thought the same...
We were occupied with castlework - sadly much neglected over the summer... Roy thinned out the hedges and scraped the moss from the rooftiles, while I managed to track down the hoover and polish ;)
