Blip Reunion

The last time these Blippers met was when shielwill (on the left) was in New Zealand in 2014 and when Wendles56 (in the centre) was there earlier this year and they both saw rainie (on the right) on her home territory. Today it was all change, as rainie, during her visit to the UK, spent a few days in the Lake District and we organised a Special Blipmeet.

So here at Fell Foot, Windermere there was a lot of catching up to do. This was a Special Blipmeet, as it was a gathering of Blippers, who had either met rainie and Doug in New Zealand or had been long time followers of her journal, and so a chance to meet up or meet up again.
 
The venue was perfect (thanks Sheil and Will for the suggestion) and whoever organised the weather did a brilliant job. All in all a very lovely day.
 
I’m sure more pictures will appear in journals; there might even be a group photo at some point. I will just list the Blippers, and important others, who were there, so anyone who wants to link to them can do so. (Hope I have got everyone correctly!)
