Inula hookeri....

.......  or perhaps you know it as Fleabane;  I didn't know it as either until I looked it up this afternoon.  We have a small patch of it in the garden and apparently people brought it into the house in times past to ward off fleas.  It's quite attractive, having a bright yellow colour.

It's been a slow day, I'm still having to rest the ankle but there is an improvement so I'm optimistic I won't be out of action for too long. Thank you for visiting my journal and leaving stars and kind comments for my FF blip yesterday.
