Baked Kale Chips

Not a very good day, I had to spend most of the afternoon and evening in bed, after work and some grocery shopping.

One of my colleagues at work gave me some salad and kale from her vegetable garden and I decided to try making some kale chips. Super easy and pretty good! ...but I must be careful not to season so much next time. Go easy on the salt and spices if you try it :)

(I baked mine in the oven for 35 minutes at 100°C)
