Simply Irrresistible

The Flickr Friday theme was rather late being announced yesterday so I used it today as outdoors is a bit blah.

Feeling proud that I'd already done 10,000 steps before lunch today after 2 hours of Nordic Walking :) 

Same again in the morning and, with disco dancing tonight, I'm expecting rather wobbly legs by this time tomorrow!
