Billy and the Bandstand.

Usual Saturday morning mooch around Loughborough and then coffee. I like Cafe Nero's coffee but the shop in Lbro is a dreary place so I go and sit in the park, much nicer. Though today it was a bit drizzly so the bandstand was a convenient shelter.

In other news Billy needs to go to bike hospital but after ten years of use and abuse he needs some more serious work than just an annual service. Rear pivots, new rear rim, bottom bracket, rear mudguard, new cables and brakes, new pedal plus rather alarmingly I was told that Brompton have stopped doing titanium seatposts as they can fail spectacularly, eek! So, I will use the opportunity to make my own semi-'black' edition with black guards and post. This'll mean nothing unless you're a Brompton geek...
