it may be hot, but potatoes have to be dug.

Last of the spuds excavated today. King Edward late crop, but very small & lot's rotted in the ground. But washed & dried off now. The blemished ones will be used & the rest stored with the Charlotte & Pentland Javelin.

As for the runner beans...well, they're the only thing that has benefited from the bizarre weather. All the flowers have set & it's a bumper crop.
