Lake Khovsgol

The town I'm staying in is on the edge of this Lake. It's frozen for more of the year than it's not. The first snows haven't arrived yet although it's getting really cold at night.

The accommodation at the guest house I'm staying in is in a 'traditional' Mongolian Ger. I say 'traditional' because these are adapted for tourists but nomadic families still live in them and you see them dotted across the countryside. I'll blip one at some point I'm sure. The best thing about them in cold weather is the stove. It keeps it lovely and warm.
