Traces

Today has been a bit of a hard one. The days when feelings of sadness overwhelm seem to come randomly, but hit hard. I guess grief is the process of trying to learn how to cope with such huge loss and sadness and the ability to manage those feelings. I still feel a very long way off that stage.
