Wild Wood

Where I live there are a lot of tree Plantations that make for nice safe walks with my daughters dog. The trees are eventually cut down and transported to two local factories one making wood chips , the other making a compressed chip board for use in building. This large dead branch of Fir was all that remained of one tree but the colour was so rich and warm it actually stood out much more than the green healthy ones growing beside it.
