Citrus Salt Block Scallops

I just love it when my dear hubby grills our dinner in the outdoor kitchen. Tonight's menu was critus scallops and shrimps on the salt block. Our accompaniments were roasted asparagus and tomatoes. Perfect dinner to start the weekend with!
