Wet and bedraggled

Poor peahen. The long dry and sunny days gave way to torrential rain today, and the peahen, already sad because two of her chicks have been taken to the pens kept the other two dry by standing watch as they sheltered in the plants to the left of the door. The problem is that one hen and four chicks rampaging through the gardens caused a lot of damage and the gardeners were getting upset.

Let's hope this is a mid way solution.
