Monu-mental

Had a day off work today to meet some family who came down from Aberdeen the day.  Whilst waiting for them to arrive I decided to climb to the top of the Scott Monument.  Wow - what spectacular views.  I was also quite fascinated (although not one to condone blatant vandalism...) by the etchings of initials and the dates of some of them.  See additional photos too.  What a great day!
